One day I received a call asking if I wanted a pixie bob cat. One had been turned over to a vet because the owner couldn’t take care of him any longer. So, I went and picked him up. His name was Stewart…but he didn’t seen to respond to that name. I brought him home and he disappeared. We could hear him come out to eat at night, but had no idea where he was hiding. We finally figured out he had found a gap in our platform bed frame. So we renamed him Houdini and called him Dinni for short. We’ll, I also called him Boo Bear. He answered to both names. He became my heart and soul. He was everything I ever wanted in a cat. He layed in my lap…all day if he could and every night he slept in my arms or wrapped around my head. Every morning he would wake me up with cries and pats on the face. He was better than an alarm clock. We believe he was somewhere between 18 and 20 years old, he had a good spoiled life with us, and I although I will miss him incredibly, I am grateful for the long time I did get with him.
